Infinity Properties began as a boutique luxury brokerage in Dubai and that heritage taught us the market intimately. But the firms creating real, durable wealth in real estate aren't selling transactions; they're managing assets and capital over time. So we became one.

Founded in 2003, Infinity Properties has grown from a boutique luxury brokerage into a full-lifecycle real estate investment and asset management firm. Across 23 years in the market we have advised on and managed properties on behalf of institutions, family offices and private investors, and built a reputation for managing assets exceptionally well.

We invest in, develop and actively manage real estate and related opportunities on behalf of our clients. A Dubai specialist, we create value through disciplined strategy, long-term partnerships, and decades of combined market relationships and transactional experience across our team.

Our story

From transactions to stewardship.

Infinity Properties was founded by a small team who had spent years selling Dubai's most sought-after addresses, and who kept noticing the same thing: the clients building lasting wealth weren't the ones trading the most property. They were the ones managing it well.

That realisation reshaped the firm. We came to believe that real estate rewards stewardship over speed, that returns are made not only at the point of purchase, but continuously, through how an asset is managed, optimised and eventually exited. So we deliberately rebuilt Infinity around that conviction.

Today we bring institutional discipline, rigorous underwriting, active asset management and transparent reporting, to a market most global managers serve only from a distance. We remain boutique by choice, because proximity and accountability are exactly what our clients value most.

We adhere to strict reporting standards, and our processes are built around full compliance with UAE real estate regulation, including RERA, Ejari and DLD requirements.

Before you publish

If you intend to manage pooled investor capital or market a "fund" or "investment vehicle," that may trigger fund-management licensing under the DFSA (DIFC), ADGM or SCA.
